Coming up with a fat loss diet can be tedious because there are a lot of food choices out there that are acceptable. Trying to combine all the different food choices can be difficult when you are planning your meals. You might have a hard time mixing and matching carbs, protein, and fats so I'm going to say that your fat loss diet does not have to be perect. As long as you follow the basic nutrition rules to support fat loss (see fat loss 101 nutrition part), you'll lose weight.
Over time, you can refine your diet when you see results. The most important thing you can do right now is to just put together a decent diet and start. Stay away from perfection.
